Back when Nelson Mandela was becoming president of South Africa, when Jeff Bezos was founding Amazon and The Channel Tunnel was being opened an equally momentous occasion was happening…Fergus Doherty was starting his career with Rackline.

Beginning as a temporary labourer, Fergus has worked his way through virtually every area of the business including: Powder Coating, Assembly, Installation, Shop Floor, Purchasing, Operations, Design, Sales and of course becoming our Managing Director in 2014.

I think it’s safe to say that Fergus has become a vital source of knowledge within the business, and a valuable and inspirational leader for the team.
